Every Heart is one-of-a-kind, infused with a mix of perennial flowering seeds ideal for most North American gardens. The seeds are selected to support pollinators and butterflies. Hearts measure 3 inches across. Retail packs are presented in individual envelopes, complete with planting instructions.
